What we collect
Account details (name, email), and — if you connect GitHub — publicly available technical activity: public repositories, languages, topics and public contribution counts.
What we never collect
We do not read, store or expose private repositories or private source code. We never access private data without explicit authorization.
How we use it
To build your Proof of Work profile, to let companies discover you according to your visibility settings, and to operate contact unlocks and messaging.
Your email
Your email address is never shown to companies. It is only shared after you explicitly accept an opportunity request.
Your rights
You can change your visibility settings, request a copy of your data, or delete your profile and account at any time by contacting us.
