If you reach out to a candidate and they decline the request or don't respond within 7 days, your spent credit is automatically refunded as 1 Merged Credit to your account balance. You never lose your budget and can immediately approach another candidate.

Does my Merged Credit expire if a candidate doesn't respond?

No! With Pay-As-You-Go, both refunded and purchased credits never expire. With the Pro Plan, refunded credits remain valid for up to 90 days.

What's the difference between Pay-As-You-Go and the Pro Plan?

With Pay-As-You-Go, you buy individual credits for €49 each whenever you need to reach someone occasionally. The Pro Plan (€199/month) is for teams hiring continuously; you get 5 credits per month (just €39.80 per contact) and unused credits remain valid for 90 days.
